Marshall Electronics proudly presents the V-MD563 of the MD series rack mount monitors that offer a flexible modular solution to system integration. These new rack-mountable monitors can be configured with a variety of video inputs that can be "swapped" or interchanged in the field based on your evolving needs and requirements. This eliminates the need to upgrade or replace equipment when a different input or application is required. This "future proof" solution provides flexibility and reassurance when necessary, especially in multi-monitor rack mount units.
The V MD563 offers three high resolution 1280 x 800 LED-backlit LCDs in one single configuration. along with excellent viewing angles. The VMD563 includes Composite and Component loop-through, Status Display, False Color Filter, Markers, Freeze Function, Color Temperature Presets, RGB Gain / Bias Adjust, Pixel-to-Pixel, Blue Gun, Hard Tally, four user-definable function buttons, and more. A variety of modules will become available including the availability of 3G/HD/SDI with loop-through, Fiber-Optic input/output modules, and more.
Marshall's new V-MD563 monitors integrate Telecast Fiber System's TeleCube Fiber-Optic HD/SDI transmission input/output modules. These new fiber modules deliver the industry's broadest range of digital rates while maintaining pristine signal quality that broadcasters and integrators demand.
V-MD563 features include:
- Features 3 LED-backlit LCDs and modular inputs/outputs
- Delivers high quality images at a resolution of up to 1280 x 800
- Offers a contrast ratio of 500:1, and a brightness rating of 300 cd/m²
- Wide viewing angles enable you to view the images clearly even from room corners or when the display is mounted at a height
- Freeze function enables you to bring an image to a still position
- Aspect ratio of 16:10 allows the monitor to automatically adapt to the input resolution of the incoming video signal
- RGB bias and gain function allows for fine tuning of color balance levels and facilitates color matching with other types of monitors
- Pixel-to-pixel mode displays images in their native resolution by avoiding the monitor's internal scaling function
- Blue only feature switches red and green scan guns to produce an image made only from a blue scan gun
- False color filter function allows you to set the correct camera exposure levels
- Marker settings control all on-screen markers, and it is applicable for center marker, full screen markers, 16:9 markers, and 4:3 markers
- Network function allows for monitor control over LAN
- Allows you to access any function on the front panel of the monitor via any web browser
- Incorporates user-programmable function buttons to assign various functions like false colors, freeze input, aspect markers, center marker, and pixel-to-pixel as required
- Incorporates color temperature presets, hard tally, IMD (In-Monitor Display), and Status Display features
